Return Policy
To begin a return, please access our customer return portal HERE.
At Hey Holli, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Please read through our return guidelines before sending anything back.
Return Windows
Start a Return: You must request a return within 10 days of your order being delivered.
Shipping Back: Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
Local Pickup Orders: If you chose local pickup, you must contact us within 7 days of your order being marked as “delivered” to begin a return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Any item discounted 30% or more (includes marked-down pieces and sale items)
Accessories
Shoes
Late Returns
Hey Holli WILL NOT accept late returns. If late, (past the 7 day window upon approval) package will be sent back to customer
Condition Requirements
To receive store credit, items must be:
In original, unworn condition
Tags attached
Buttoned and properly folded
Free from heavy pet or human hair
Free from odors (including smoke)
Free from makeup, deodorant marks, or stains
Items that arrive with issues may receive partial credit or no credit, depending on the condition.
Denied Returns & Restocking Fees
Returns that don’t meet our criteria may be denied.
If items arrive not in their original condition, a $15 restocking fee will be taken out of your store credit.
Defective or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, please email us at shop@heyholliboutique.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
Include:
Your order information
A clear photo of the defect
If we are not contacted within this 2-day window, the item will no longer qualify for a replacement or return.
Additional Notes
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, mishandling, or ordering the wrong size.
Color and pattern variations may occur due to lighting, screens, and fabric placement these are not considered defects.
If a return arrives to us damaged, you may purchase a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
Monthly Return Limits
Because we carry limited quantities and small-batch collections, our return system is structured to help us manage inventory fairly and sustainably.
Customers may return up to 5 eligible items per month.

Helps us avoid bulk over-ordering with the intention of returning
Keeps inventory moving fairly for all shoppers
Allows us to offer fresh, limited styles without raising prices
Supports our small-business model, which cannot absorb unlimited returns like big-box retailers
